Key Responsibilities

• Perform locksmithing duties, including the cutting and programming of keys for various vehicles.
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate ignition key solutions based on their needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on completed keys and services to ensure precision.
• Manage inventory of key materials and tools efficiently to avoid delays in service.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in locksmithing and automotive services.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Tools for the trade, or the means to purchase the tools needed.
• Proven experience in locksmithing and key cutting (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Attention to detail is essential for ensuring quality in all locksmithing activities.
• Familiarity with relevant software tools for key programming.
• Current certifications in locksmithing or relevant automotive services are a plus.
