Key Responsibilities

• Perform lock installations, repairs, and replacements across residential, commercial, and automotive properties.
• Respond to emergency lockout situations in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.
• Conduct on-site evaluations to recommend security solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Maintain accurate records of services rendered and manage inventory of lock and key supplies.
• Engage with customers effectively to understand their locksmithing needs and provide expert solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to handle complex projects and share knowledge to uplift overall team performance.
• Stay updated on locksmithing trends, tools, and best practices to reinforce service excellence.

Required and preferred qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proven experience in locksmithing, with 2-5 years preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills paired with attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
• Basic mathematical skills for accurate calculations regarding security measures.
• Customer service experience that exemplifies professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
• Tools and software familiarity relevant to locksmithing practices.
